Irrespective of quality, it is a requirement of the Water Industry Act 1991 that all water discharged to the sewerage network in connection with a trade can only be discharged if an effluent discharge permit has been obtained from the operators of the local Sewer Treatment Works. If requested, we can obtain discharge consent for our own works prior to our commencement on site.
